Goal: Take a Webflow site to the next level.
Context: IMS is a plastics recycling company from Warrenville, IL. They needed to improve their website developed in Webflow.
What I did: I joined the team part-time for three months to improve their site. Organized the project and added global classes to ensure a fresh and consistent design system. Made visual improvements and new interactions. I added new pages, new content and functionalities. I adjusted sizes, formats and image compression. Fixed hundreds of responsiveness and SEO optimization errors.
Achievements: Now the structure of the site looks super organized. Visually it's fine, in all resolutions. Mobile performance according to Page Speed Insights went from 60% to 96%.
